Three Phases​

Phase 1: Portfolio Valuation​

  • Sync securities from DSE
  • Generate portfolio snapshots
  • Create unrealized G/L entries

Phase 2: Interest & Depreciation​

  • Bank account interest
  • FDR interest
  • Bond coupon interest
  • Depreciation

Phase 3: NAV & Snapshot​

  • Calculate pre-fee NAV
  • Calculate fees
  • Calculate post-fee NAV
  • Create snapshot
