Data Exports

Export data from Asset360 to external files.

Accessing Exports​

  1. Navigate to a fund's tools section
  2. Click "Exports" in the sidebar
  3. You'll see the Exports page

Export Types​

Transaction Exports​

  • Portfolio Transactions: Export all transactions
  • Investor Transactions: Export investor activity
  • Journal Entries: Export accounting entries

Data Exports​

  • Portfolio Holdings: Export current holdings
  • Investor Data: Export investor information
  • Financial Reports: Export financial data

Export Process​

  1. Select Export Type: Choose what to export
  2. Set Filters: Apply date ranges or filters
  3. Choose Format: Select export format
  4. Export: Download the file

Export Formats​

Available formats:

  • CSV: Comma-separated values
  • Excel: Excel spreadsheets
  • PDF: PDF reports
  • JSON: JSON data files
