Organization Settings

The Organization Settings page allows you to configure organization-wide preferences, integrations, and system settings.

Accessing Settings

  1. Navigate to your organization dashboard
  2. Click "Settings" in the sidebar navigation
  3. You'll see different settings categories

Note: Settings access is typically restricted to organization administrators.

Settings Categories

General Settings

Configure basic organization information:

  • Organization Name: Display name for your organization
  • Organization Code: Unique identifier
  • Contact Information: Primary contact details
  • Address: Physical address
  • Timezone: Default timezone for the organization
  • Currency: Default currency for funds

Market Data Settings

Configure market data sources and updates:

  • Data Providers: Select market data providers
  • Update Frequency: How often market data is refreshed
  • Equity Data: Equity market data configuration
  • Bond Data: Bond market data configuration
  • Corporate Actions: Corporate action data settings

Integration Settings

Connect external services and systems:

  • API Keys: Manage API keys for integrations
  • Webhooks: Configure webhook endpoints
  • Data Exports: Set up automated data exports
  • Third-Party Services: Connect external services

Notification Settings

Configure how you receive notifications:

  • Email Notifications: Enable/disable email alerts
  • Notification Types: Select which events trigger notifications
  • Recipients: Who receives notifications
  • Frequency: How often notifications are sent

Market Data Configuration

Equity Market Data

  1. Navigate to Settings → Market Data
  2. Configure equity data sources:
    • Data provider selection
    • Update schedules
    • Price validation rules
    • Historical data settings

Bond Market Data

  1. Configure bond market data:
    • Bond pricing sources
    • Interest rate data
    • Yield curve data
    • Credit rating updates

Corporate Actions

  1. Set up corporate action tracking:
    • Dividend tracking
    • Stock splits
    • Mergers and acquisitions
    • Rights issues

Notification Configuration

Email Notifications

Configure email alerts for:

  • Daily Reports: End-of-day summaries
  • Transaction Alerts: Important transactions
  • System Alerts: System status and errors
  • Compliance Alerts: Regulatory notifications
  • NAV Updates: Net Asset Value changes

Notification Recipients

  1. Add email addresses for notifications
  2. Assign notification types to recipients
  3. Set notification frequency
  4. Test notification delivery

Integration Setup

API Integration

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations
  2. Generate API keys:
    • Create new API key
    • Set expiration date
    • Assign permissions
    • Copy and store securely

Webhook Configuration

  1. Add webhook endpoints:
    • Enter webhook URL
    • Select events to trigger webhooks
    • Set authentication method
    • Test webhook delivery

Data Export

  1. Configure automated exports:
    • Select data types to export
    • Set export schedule
    • Choose export format (CSV, Excel, JSON)
    • Configure delivery method

Troubleshooting
