Organization Overview
The Organization Overview page provides a comprehensive dashboard of your organization's funds, metrics, and key information.
Accessing the Overview
- Log in to Asset360
- Select your organization from the organization switcher
- You'll land on the Organization Overview page by default
Dashboard Components
Key Metrics
The overview displays several important metrics:
- Total Funds: Number of active funds in your organization
- Total Assets: Combined value of all fund assets
- Total Investors: Number of investors across all funds
- Active Users: Number of users with access to the organization
Funds Summary
A table or cards showing:
- Fund Name: Name of each fund
- Fund Code: Unique identifier for the fund
- Status: Active, Inactive, or Setup status
- NAV: Current Net Asset Value per unit
- Total Assets: Fund's total asset value
- Quick Actions: Links to view fund details or manage the fund
Recent Activity
Some overview pages may show:
- Recent transactions
- Recent investor activities
- System notifications
- Important alerts
Actions Available
From the Organization Overview, you can:
- View Fund Details: Click on any fund to see its detailed dashboard
- Create New Fund: Use the "Create Fund" button to start the fund setup wizard
- Manage Funds: Access the full funds list for advanced management
- View Reports: Access organization-wide reports and analytics
Fund Cards
Each fund is displayed as a card or row with:
- Fund Information: Name, code, and type
- Financial Summary: NAV, total assets, and other key metrics
- Status Indicators: Visual indicators for fund status
- Quick Links: Direct access to fund sections
Filtering and Search
- Search Bar: Search for funds by name or code
- Status Filters: Filter funds by status (Active, Inactive, etc.)
- Sort Options: Sort funds by name, NAV, or creation date
Understanding Metrics
Total Assets
The combined market value of all assets across all funds in your organization.
Total Investors
The total number of unique investors who have invested in any fund within your organization.
Active Funds
Funds that are currently operational and accepting investments.
